Become a performing Artist Workshop! Study what makes a singer unique and a star. Develop your voice including voice building exercises, learn to write songs and perform them, make a song your own and learn how to communicate with a band and sing with a band. Study and perform a wide range of popular vocal music styles including hip-hop, rhythm and blues, soul, and Motown. Repetoire from Christina Aguilera, Beyoncé, James Brown, Aretha Franklin, Maria Carey, Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, and others.

Vocalists will also have the opportunity to sing with a rhythm section, improve their voice, be part of a accapella choir, learnrepertoire, singing in different styles including swing, blues, ballads, samba and waltz. They will also study sight singing/theory, percussion and sing on the OSPAC stage.
